OUR MISSION STATEMENT
In an attempt to preserve, strengthen, and enrich the American home, AHRC has developed the following sites to address the spiritual, educational, financial, legal, psychological and artistic forces which shape peoples' homes and lives. The following four "keys" are representative of our meager attempt to "unlock the knowledge" that each homeowner can benefit from.

Public Interest Site
HomeownerAssociations.org is a comprehensive data center dealing with homeowner associations and incorporates links to related Web sites. The data center includes profiles of HOA's, the history of the development of HOA's as a form of housing, relevant legislation and litigation, the lobbying efforts by special interests, the Homeowner Bill of Rights and relevant news articles. The site provides links to HOA Web sites, to local, state and federal government agencies, relevant publications, and private organizations promoting human rights and social justice.

Commercial Site
HomeownerAssociations.com is the Web's yellow pages for products and services to homeowners and homeowner associations.

Lobbying Facts & Analysis Site
The U.S. is no longer a democracy, but a "Lobbycracy" - that is a system of government controlled primarily by lobbyists. This website will document this fact with instances from across the country, will analyze the ramifications and consequences, and examine the solutions. One glaring example of lobbyocracy at work is the homeowner association industry. This site will document how HOA vendors - attorneys, management companies, etc. - have a stranglehold on homeowner monies, the legislative process and the day-to-day running of associations.
