Nonresident political candidates may not distribute their campaign material door-to-door in California homeowner associations

February 2, 1998 - by California Attorney General Dan Lundgren

The people of Caliornia elected Dan Lundgren their attorney general to enforce the laws and protect them. He was a horrible mistake for the public.

He ignored the massive corruption and theft of monies and homes in California by lawyers and vendors in homeowner associations.

The victims and advocates flooded Dan Lundgren's office with requests for law enforcement. Lundgren ignored them.

Lundgren did not enforce consumer protection laws in California . He ignored the large scale prisoner abuse and shooting of inmates by the prison guards. The media worked hard to expose this and the federal government (FBI) stepped in to investigate and protect the prisoners.

In 1998 Dan Lundgren(R) was the Republican candidate for governor when Governor Pete Wilson's (R) term was up. Homeowners and consumer advocates worked to remove him from public office.

This opinion written by Lundgren gives the trade industries control over private homes. It was not the Lundgren's job to give opinions to private property owners on what can and cannot be done on their private property. It was not Lundgrn's job to provide opinions under the color of law to help the homeowner vendors (lawyers etc) to further control and withhold information from homeowners.
