Re: Investigative hearing on homeowner association insurance

Dear Senator Speier:

Under the guise of providing Directors & Officers Liability insurance to homeowners associations, CHUBB , an insurance corporation headed by lawyers has taken control of homeowners associations across the States created a prison for American homeowners.

CHUBB has a monopoly and controls 80% of the 40 million association homeowners. People are stripped of their liquidity, equity, homes and sanity in these association prisons run by CHUBB-CAI vendor alliance and the boards, judges and politicians they finance.

We have been researching and collecting data about this racket for the last decade.

A network of victims will provide compelling testimony and evidence of racketeering, mail fraud. and insurance fraud and other crimes by this CHUBB-CAI vendor alliance.

We need the Federal authorities to investigate this insurance victimization of homeowners along with the Quackenbush Northridge earthquake fraud on homeowners.

The CHUBB-CAI alliance has been robbing Americans for 15 years. Many victims have died, lost homes and life savings. The lives of their families and children have been forever changed.

Please allow us to meet with you soon.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth McMahon - Director
