Elizabeth:
I spoke to Jackie. She believes that we should probably hold a hearing in January, and hold it in Sacramento so that members will attend.
I'll make sure that our chief consultant Richard Steffen knows about this and then as the time grows nearer we can talk about witnesses, issues to cover, etc.
All of this is subject to the caveat that something doesn't happen to change this plan between now and then, but it's a topic that probably merits a hearing and so she'd like to tentatively plan it for January.
