CAI Community Association Institute is a trade group of lawyers who make a living off off lawsuits they manufacture in homeowner associations. CAI evangelist, Katherine Rosenberry was hired to write the homeowner association laws for California and asked to create intentional loopholes to "take care of the vendors interests". Rosenberry created not laws but claws to steal homes. CLAC - California Legislative Action Committee - a spin off of CAI to raise money to finace politicians who helped them get laws passed, ECHO - a trade group of lawyers, some of who are also CAI members. CTLA - California Trial Lawyers Association - trade-lobby group for the lawsuit industry. |
