| Description: This broken sprinkler head is located on the bench drain above Presidential Heights, and below the Palacio homes of 515 and 517 Ave. del Verdor. Though this was reported to Progressive Community Management, it was not repaired for approximately 10 days. The sprinkler came on for about 20 minutes every day. It has been documented that this area of Del Verdor slope is failing, and that association watering is triggering the movement. |
