Other Information: Willowdean put all her life savings and bought a home in a Lake Forest homeowners association. The problems, lawsuits and foreclosure filings in her association began her activism to protect foreclosure victims.
She met wih legislators and authorities ( the District Attorney, the Attorney General, IRS Assemblyman Gil Ferguson, Bill Morrow, Dan Hauser, Jackie Speier etc) worked with the media (Los Angeles Times, Register, Wall Street Journal, TV and radio), co-anchored radio programs (KIEV Los Angeles) and T V (cable) and went to Sacramento and Washington, D.C. to get legislative help for homeowners she worked to protect e.g. Vera Cherry Armstrong. - Land of Terror
She wrote and published the first consumer handbook for association homeowners : HOW TO SURVIVE YOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Willowdean spends her retirement writing and meeting with goverment authorities addressing her favorite consumer issues including property rights issues.
Her Florida residence was a short walk from the Florida capital and she has been sharing her experience and information with the Florida governor Jeb Bush , attorney general Chalrie Crist and the Florida legislators. She now lives in Payson, Arizona.
