Summary: A lobby group of homeowner association litigation and foreclosure lawyers, Many of its directors are directors or activists from CAI . The TUPCA.ORG is a website domain registered on October 3, 2005 by William Barsalou - and is used by a group of lawyers (chaired by Richard L. Spenser) who call themselves "Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys" (TCREA), to lobby for homeowner association laws. On November 3, 2005 Jolley Grady, also a Texas lawyer, registered the tcrea.org for TCREA website.Senator John Carona (a CAI member and owner of Associa, which he advertises as being the the largest management company in America) has sponsored bills for the TUPCA , TCREA , CAI lawyers.
