Other Information: The Georgia Court of Appeals is "managed" by Clerk William Martin, who has refused to disclose judges identities, withheld pleadings, and refused to mark pleadings in a timely fashion, among other crimes against the Court. He according to published mandate, serves to protect the judges and handle cases without regard to evidence. Currently in Fulton Superior Court, a MANDAMUS is pending against Clerk Martin, which the GA Attorney General Thurbert Baker, is filing fraudulent pleadings on behalf of.
