Summary: This law firm has attempted to create a case precedence to be enforced as law against ALL Georgians and Americans, (LMHA & the ACC of LMTHA v. Rice et al). They have engaged in corporate fraud, theft by deception, theft by taking, conspiracy, and RICO. Listed members have been involved in the massive effort according to billing records fraudulently entered into the court record of Judge Adele Grubbs Courtroom on behalf of a corporation owned by J. Andrew and Kathryn W. Rice, Lost Mountain Township Homeowners Association or LMTHA, Inc. These records are replete with illegal use of government to annihiliate the Rices property rights, government redress, and access to the courts.

Other Information: These individual contacts include lawyers, former or current government officials, hospital representatives, and insurance contacts. This firm NOT only falsified documents, and sanctioned fraudulent acts, but used an insurance policy purchased in the Defendant's company name, in order to negate all judicial bounds, in addition to attempts made in order to have the Rices incarcerated. This powerful law firm not only controls, school boards, a power company, local & county government, hospitals, major corporate accounts, but also Senior Partner Clay served as the former Head of the Georgia Republican Party, and the Rices State Senator at the time of the initial fraudulent action filed by a dissolved corporation, ultimately adding as Plaintiff, the Rices corporate interest LMTHA, Inc.
Tain Kell provided Judge Grubbs as a representative of the Marietta Chamber of Commerce, the "Citizen of the Year", following her Order against the Rices imposing covenants and restrictions on an unencumbered deed in violation of GA Law issued in favor of a DISSOLVED CORPORATION and the RICES CORPORATION, ruling AGAINST THE RICES!
Former Senator Clay claims to be found at the White House or in the Halls of Congress. Additionally, the firm claims to, facilitate changes to law for clients and industry, despite various members position as a member of the Georgia Legislative Delegation.
