Summary: Judge Moreno Grant presently has ten HOA cases on her docket. Ours was the longest and most complex. Her decisions were ALWAYS against us, the homeowner. We put out two writs and were about to go to the California Supreme Court when our case settled. Although Judge Moreno Grant claimed she didn't like HOA's and would never live in one, her rulings were always in their favor. We could not understand the logic in her rulings.
