Wangler took over the lawyering at Desert Crest Homeowners Association. after Simon Freedman of Peters & Freedman helped the Board President John Ford change the CCRs to mandate dues to a private club owner, Erickson. Both Peters & Freedman and Ford now work for the private club owner liening and foreclosing on the seniors.
Homeowners informed Wangler that Peters & Freedman had changed their CCRs, and filed corporate status change with the California Secretary of State without the required 100% member vote the Secretary of State said they needed. Wangler has so far ignored this request.

Other Information: The Desert Crest HOA seniors report that they called several CAI lawyers to represent them against the builder Erickson filing foreclosures on their homes fo pay mandatory fees to his privately owned club. All the CAI lawyers they called refused to represent them. Ms Wangler was advising the board members who worked against the sued victims.
