CAI lawyers and politicians have been busy conspiring with each other to create corporate-governed communities all across America. These are called homeowner associations. These lawyers have also been been busy suing those homeowners who live under HOA governments, in order to take their homes and life savings.
Nationally, homeowners have also gathered enough information to prove that politicians and many judges are failing to follow the laws and regulations, thus enabling these foreclosure tides.
Please help keep your communities safe. Do not let the foreclosure tsunami hit you or your community.
Expose corruption by board members, lawyers, judges and politicians, and report it to every goverment authority, and then publish this information. Not to publish, is to perish.
Why the elderly, women, the disabled? [An Article]
The wrath of the HOAs, CAI foreclosures, violence, and deaths in Arizona
Oct 31, 2006
by George K. Staropoli
Why are the CAI homeowner association foreclosure lawyers targeting and the elderly, women, the disabled? In Arizona, alone: Sabina Anna Prioletta, Evelyn Lyles, Marie,Richard Helms, Marie Brown, Richard Glassel. These are examples of "no government intervention", that, "Pilgrim, you are on your own attitude" by our government. It accepts no responsibility for these circumstances, even though it has crafted laws that leave the homeowner, for all intents and purposes, defenseless against the business interests of the HOA attorneys. Homeowners can deceive themselves that all is great in an HOA, so long as they do not disagree, oppose, argue or seek an independent course of action. Then they will feel the wrath of the HOA in all its powers, but it will be too late to do anything about it.
Criminal activity in HOA mini fiefdoms run by controlling neighbors, with too much time on their hands, and a vendetta

by Pink Flamingo Esquiress
This isn't about "cheat" homeowners. It's about "cheat" HOA board, property managers, and lawyers. Quite simply - this HOA lifestyle is contrary to how red blooded freedom loving Americans desire to live in this country and that complete and proper disclosure of the HOA governing documents would SINK the HOA housing market. IF the truth were properly disclosed - they wouldn't buy. Mini fiefdoms run by controlling neighbors, with too much time on their hands, and a vendetta, is about as Un-American as it gets and it is NOT how most Americans desire to live.
What really goes on in the courts, in Fraud City Las Vegas

After a class action law suit, trifurcated into three phases, Judge Mark Gibbons, now on the Nevada Supreme Court, ruled the Rio could charge residents $300 a round for this public golf course and even though our CC&R's stated the golf course could NOT be sold, that was a typo!! And even though my causes of action were exactly the same as the other homeowners, intentional misrepresentation, false advertising, fraud in the inducement (false advertising across state lines), more. My case was mysteriously dismissed 3 days after the Judge in my case received a political contribution from one of the developers. He too has since been rewarded and is also now a Justice on the Nevad Supreme Court, Ron Parraguirre. Now there is Justice Nancy Becker who would not remand my case, denying me due process, I was the only homeowner who received no damages, after 5 years of my fighting this. She is right this minute running for re-election on the Nevada Supreme Court, and coincidentally has the backing of the main developer, of Seven Hills.
Dealing with water damage and or a mold problem can be difficult enough in of itself. When you throw into the mix adjoining ceilings and walls along with a homeowner association, you can end up in serious trouble and hardship. Issues of repair can become problematic and result in disputes that spiral out of control and end up in litigation. Water damage and mold in condominiums is like the Rubik's cube of countless nightmare possibilities.

In a lawsuit filed in the District Court of Brazoria County, the residents claim that the association has breached its fiduciary duty by failing to provide financial statements and reasonable access to corporate books and records. Meanwhile, residents say that the confusion over board representation began when Johnson Development Corp. took over the 4,000-acre master-planned community in the late 1980s and early 1990s and certain board members were replaced.
