Subject: Ignoring reports of fraud extortion, corruption and conspiracy in California homeowner associations

Dear Wade Teasdale - Chief of Staff for Senator Bill Morrow (R-Orange County, California)
I am writing to you about both recent events and previous occurrences.
Some Republican political leaders of veterans groups contacted your office after AHRC broke the story on the liens and foreclosure threats on a veteran soldier while he was on active duty .
On February 25, 2005 you contacted AHRC saying you were not familiar with the Davis Stirling Act and and asked for help to write a letter to the homeowners association to help remove the lien and false charges.
We called you to follow up on this, and you said that Senator Morrow had consulted "a trusted lawyer" who litigates in homeowners associations and wanted to work "behind the scenes" and it "will take a couple of weeks."
Four weeks later, we called you on March 25, 2005 because there had been no resolution of this case. You said that you have "people looking into it" and they are "private lawyers" and you could "not discuss the details."
You also stated that "the association has goofed up - they know they are indictable". You also stated that, like the soldier, you were not able to get copies of the billing and communications from either the the homeowner association lawyer or the manager. You also stated the soldier " had put on his suicide belt".
I said, "You are mischaracterizing a soldier, who now is a Federal agent , and a homeowner who asked Senator Bill Morrow's help to get the homeowners association and their vendors to comply with the law.
I then said that homeowners in Bill Morrow's district report that they cannot get any help from him when they fall victim to major fraud and extortion. Some also asserted that he is is working to further the interests of the litigation - foreclosure industry.
You retorted, "You are getting out of control".
When I responded that you were mischaracterizing homeowners as "putting on a suicide belt ", you threatened, " You write that and I will sue you.".
You then said, " I have another call, I need to take. Can I call you back? " You did not call back. You did, however, call the solder immediately.
The homeowner association litigation - foreclosure cartel, and the lawmakers and lawyers they have put into office - like Bill Morrow - have been mischaracterizing homeowners and activists.
While Bill Morrow hinders the passage of laws protecting homeowners, the unabated theft of homes and life savings of homeowners who live in homeowner associations, has provided millions to the litigation - foreclosure cartel and the lawmakers they patronize.
Instead of removing intentional loopholes written by the cartel and their legislative sponsors, and providing enforcement of the laws, Bill Morrow has taken strategic positions in the legislative committees and commissions. He has worked "behind the scenes" to hinder any change in the law that would hinder the confiscation of homes for unlimited lawyers fees by the cartel.
Larry Stirling, Gray Davis and the cartel wrote the home snatching Davis-Stirling laws that trapped 7 million Californians under private corporate governments administered by foreclosure lawyers..
While Morrow has been evangelizing and preventing "government micromanging in homeowner associations", homeowners flood his offices with pleas for help. Simultaneously, the Orange Couny courts are inundated with lawsuits. Lawyers in his district file hundreds of fraudulent liens and foreclosures to extort money from homeowners.
This latest and very straightforward case has been dragging on for months without resolution. Why has not Bill Morrow's office not written even a simple letter to the homeowner association pointing out the violation of the law?
The lawyers and managers then used the reserves to drown him with lawsuits even though he was a director of the association. I do not think it is an exaggeration to say that Bill Morrow and the lawsuit - foreclosure cartel strapped the suicide belt to him.
Morrow was told about the floods of fraudulent foreclosures filings that Marquis Management filed to extort hundreds of thousands of dollars from homeowners in his district. He did nothing. Hundreds of people in his district lost their life savings and their homes. They continue to do so over lawsuits that are rife with fraud, conspiracy and racketeering by politically connected lawyers and board members.
Many of Bill Morrow's constituents have had deep concerns about him. There are reports that he accepted hundreds of thousands in campaign contributions for his 1992 political debut from Pat Nolan, a former California GOP Assembly leader who was convicted by the FBI for bribery and corruption and incarcerated in 1994. These concerns are further deepened when he does nothing to protect homeowners in his district.
Bill Morrow, a former Orange County prosecutor and ex-Marine knows how the law works. His actions in office have harmed many of his constitutents and their families.
Sincerely,

My lawyers point of view, pretty much status quo as to what everybody else and California State LAW is proclaiming. Can you elaborate what is meant by "behind the scene negotiations with a third party?"
In my humble opinion, the law is the law, and the latest invoice from Association Management Group (AMG) cleary illustrates the laws of the state and the consumer have been violated, broken, and mandate state judicial intervention. I guess this situation begs the questions: who is going to be bullied next? Your grandma, the Senators mother, my grandmother, where does this illicit behavior stop? What if the next person is 70 years old, and has no means to an equity line of credit to pay in "exhortation money" to these predators.
You see Wade, these people careless about what is right or wrong, it's simply about the MONEY by any means! So, hopefully your office can fight for what is right on behalf the laws of the State of California and the consumer.
