Dear Deborah L. O'Connor - Sedgwick Detert et al:Dear Debra O'Conner:
A large gang of Orange County lawyers have been illegally using homeowner association reserves and insurance policies ( Homeowner Association Directors & Officers Liability policy, California Bar Association Lawyer Malpractice Policies, Homeowner Association Liability Policies) to finance scorched-earth litigation against targeted homeowners to rob them of their basic human rights and property and life.
The targets have been seniors , single parents immigrants and people not part of the ultra conservative, right wing Republican political network that run the government and courts in Orange County.
They have made it a sport hunting down innocent people, trapping them into lawsuits mills and bleeding their lives , robbing them of their reputation, dignity, life savings and their property.
Under the guise of representing homeowner victims, Alexandria, a sole practitioner lawyer who took on too many cases (she only had two cases and suddenly after large scale promotions of herself, she told us she had 200 cases) began dropping cases and lying to the court about her clients. The clients had already paid her hundreds of thousands of dollars and at trial, time they discovered she had failed to do the discovery. In addition, she began feeding the opposition lawyers with information that also hurt the homeowners.
The homeowners lost their cases. Four of them sued her. Her malpractice insurance cancelled. One homeowner reportedly was paid $82,000. in settle. Another was awarded $25,000. in a mediation, and later settled for an undisclosed amount. When the first settlement occurred, you contacted us persuading us to settle as well but we were trying to survive the illness, disability and ultimately the death of my father, He was also terrorized to his death by the homeowner assocation lawyers Peters & Freedman.. There was the. internal bleeding and hospitalization of my husband from all the stresses.
After you discovered that the Orange County judges assigned to our case was going to bleed us as well and take our home, many of the Orange County judges are doing this in virtually all association homeowners, (the politicians, lawyers and judges are now using the judiciary to rob citizens) you began your conspiracy and coordinated campaign of terror with Michael Kim and his fellow Peters & Freedman lawyers.
We have been barraged with a coordinated slew of ex-parte hearings, motions , interrogatories , depositions , harassing telephone calls, process servers jumping walls, ringing doorbells at 9 pm on Sunday nights, putting orders in our U.S. postal mailboxes to appear before judges within a day's notice. When my husband was hospitalized from the stress and fatigue that you, and Peters & Freedman subjected him to, you were in court conspiring and complaining about my phone call to you. I have already asked you and Peters & Freedman not to open our mail box and not have process servers trespassing and banging up our property.
Today, on election day, we have "court orders" to be interrogated by you and the lawyer who walked off with our $58,000. under the pretext of defending us and made us lose our home and rights. The rules of the Bar require that you report crimes. Please confirm that you have done so.
In addition, per our request of several weeks ago, please provide me with the name, copy of the policy and contact information for the insurance company that is financing you for this litigation.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
