Board issued 2006 Rules and Regulations - without a vote - change of CC&R's - ???"
Homeowners have been publishing problems, the changing of CCRs and switching CAI lawyers in homeowners associations.
Here's a recent story from your area, San Diego County, about the hiring and replacement of HOA lawyers Peters & Freedman and Epsten Grinnell and Howell. Both these lawfirms are long time members of CAI and actively lobby with CAI for homeowner association foreclosure laws.
The board members hired Peters & Freedman to replace Epsten Grinnell and Howell as the HOA lawyers for the Villas of Calvera Hills Homeowners Association after AHRC published the story about the lien on the home of an actiive duty soldier and FBI agent, and the TV media began making inquiries.
P.S. We are copying this communication to lawmakers, politicians and authorities for your area who the California taxpayers elect and/or finance to write laws and protect the public.
