Yes, dishonest! Have not seen a proxy to vote for Board of Directors for 11 1/2 years! They re-elect themselves.
The management corporation is very undesirable to many people in our community, yet no one gets involved. I try, but they say, "I don't want to get involved".
So pathetic, and yet they complain!
They act subserviant towards the board of directors and the management as if they were common people living under the "kings".
People are so misinformed of what an association is, and I believe that is what the problem is. That is why AHRC is so important for everyone to be involved with.

Our government is broken down into three branches!!! Judicial, Executive and Legislative each has oversight over the other.
Why in the world would anyone not want oversight of the out of control Homeowner Associations?

Pretty healthy majority. Maybe our liberal legislatures in Sacramento should take note.
