Summary: • Beth Grimm, along with James Lingle have been crafting the PR and lobbying for the homeowner association lawsuit industry in Sacramento since the eighties. Both did collection and foreclosures and continue to lobby for laws that strip owners of rights and allow lawyers to take homes for lawyers fees in HOA lawsuits, conflicts and maintenance dues collections.

Other Information: She worked closely with another lawyer James Lingl and and legislator's aides to write the anti homeowner CAI bills and promote it with misinformation to homeowner associations e.g.
• In 1993 CAI was pushing AB1525, a bill by Julie Bornstein to put assessment liens before the first trust deed.
• In July 2003 a homeowner from Cal HOA in Dublin reported election problems and access to records by minority board member. She reported that Beth Grim was hired and paid by the majority developer controlled board Story coming....
