1. Please add a petition to recall Senator John Carona in Texas.     Please add a petition to recall Senator John Carona in Texas. Senator Carona is the CEO of Associa - the Largest HOA management company in the United States. He has authored legislation that allows HOA's to ambush homeowners with lawsuits - even if the covenants require prior notice and opportunity to remedy a "covenant violation" prior to suit being filed. This despicable "law" makes what is unlawful lawful. Now HOA's in Texas can break the rules and ambush homeowners with litigation designed to extort $$$$$ from homeowners by breaking the rules with impunity. Frankly, this Senator should be hung in a scrawny mesquite tree beside a sewage ditch since he's not worthy of hanging from a mighty Oak on the Capital grounds.
