11. We need federal help on this issue!
Has this petition been halted? What a shame!

I'm in litigation right now with my Homeowners Association, and it is true, the local level will not do it, we need federal help on this issue!

9. I would love to sign the petition. When and where?
I would love to sign the petition. When and where?

I never felt they should have been formed in the first place. I am happy to see that people are beginning to take notice of how awful they are and that we, as homeowners, have lost our rights to them!!!

Thank you, whoever you are for doing this...you have my full support.

8. I have a major plan to fight these mobsters!
I have a major plan to fight these mobsters. This Petition is part of that, I am very happy to see someone else has started this.

I see only 107 signatures have been signed, I have called all of my family and friends to sign this and have added additional 7 signatures. I would also suggest that everyone put a small advertisment in your local paper (classified section) to direct people to go online to sign this Petition, most 3 -4 line classified advertisments cost about $20 per 4 Sunday runs. Sunday is the best day to do this.

I would also goto Kinko's and print out a card-size advert that informs people to go to this site and put it on the windows of people going to the movies. Look for movies that have large viewers. The Passion would have been a awesome movie to bring this cause large attention.

I pray this will happen. My case is the HOA is fighting me, even though I was approved for my home improvements, the HOA decided later they did not like me and attacked.

5. Please take a minute of your own time and sign this petition
Every time I see this petition online, I ask myself, why isn't anyone signing it?

Is everyone so afraid of the CAI regime and all their fellow crooks they won't sign a petition that might save their home someday?

All it takes is a minute to sign your name. I've done it. Please take a minute of your own time and sign this one. It is important to everyone that lives in an HOA.

Thanks!

Kathy

4. Hand on link will not come up
I would love to sign your petition but you can't get to it from the below message as the hand does not come up.

So I went to my internet and put in the below address and still could not get in.

Please tell me what I can do to sign it.

Laura

AHRC Response

Dear Laura:

When you receive an email with link where the "hand does not come up", copy and paste the link into your browser address i.e. where you type a web site address to go to a website.

Then click enter and it will take you to the site.

Goodluck.

3. I pray that this petition will be the answer
It is down right maddening that the citizens of the United States of America have to fight so hard to get protection from these abusive power hungry people.

Property owner’s work hard for their homes and when we have to work even harder to keep our homes because the government pays more attention to helping people outside of the United States it is very upsetting.

“Land of the Free” ? What is free about having to pay for an attorney to keep something that is rightfully ours?

Thousands of people throughout this country have lost their homes because the court system is being used as a weapon for homeowner association board members to get what they want and they know they can get away with it.

I pray that this petition will be the answer to questions for thousands of homeowners across this country.
