The exclusion of "selected" most often informed and outspoken homeowners from THEIR APPURTENANCE (THE VOTE) FOR WHICH THE ONLY QUALIFICATION IS: "OWNERSHIP," appears to be common practice by the lawyer controlled HOA's of today.
This practice clearly points to a Nationwide ORGANIZED effort and perfect crime with far reaching abilities to control, manipulate, enslave, harass, torture, defraud the vulnerable and less fortunate of what little they can call theirs in order to satisfy the collaborators cold, calculating greed for money and power.
NO, GREED IS NOT HEALTHY - it is SELF-SERVING and destructive to any healthy, responsible, social structure which aims to achieve equality, justice for all, love of all, responsible stewardship of our earth and general happiness which form the cornerstones of a peaceful co-existence..
This is the same group which controls the courts through specific participating Officers of the Courts including the "ENFORCERS" wherefore, "WE THE SLAVES" (not "WE THE PEOPLE") cannot get any redress in the courts.
Like in a clever chess game, their "pawns" are placed in pertinent positions throughout the "network of control" whereby they manage to manipulate this social structure into an infinite "Goose that lay's their golden egg" - albeit, they have developed the perfect crime, so they think.
