Listen to your Real Estate person! Vacant Homes are everywhere!
I don't think the HOA would make that much by forclosing on Homeowners. When you try to work things out with your Board or Association Manager, send a letter. Copy the letter and send it Certified. By Certifying the letter, the US Postal Service will keep it on file for 3 years.
Stand up for yourself! Don't let the Bullies get you down! They count on it and get satisfaction on harrassing the homeowners!
