1. Well thank GOD the system is finally rid of him but maybe too little too late for some cases?
WAIT A SECOND!! Isn't this the same judge that presided over other cases in the past in which he made similar remarks? Have this judges cases still proceeded forward even after he made remarks in the past? How is that possible? Shouldn't EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS CASES BE RE-EXAMINED??? How can his judgements be trusted to be worthy or ethical in any way? How is it that he has been allowed to still continue his wrath on the bench even after ONE SUCH INCIDENT????

Well thank GOD the system is finally rid of him but maybe too little too late for some cases? If his comments were enough to be admonished to the point where he is now stepping down - WHY NOT AFTER THE FIRST TIME HE MADE SUCH COMMENTS? What is it, the three strikes you are OUT law applies to judges?

It doesn't take much to tip the scales of justice AGAINST someone in any lawsuit and it is absolutely outrageous that the CJP didn't act promptly in 1996, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and now this. And these are only the instances that were brought to their attention. How many others has this judged derided and made snide remarks about? How can his judgement in any case be considered worthy?

THIS IS JUST THE KIND OF THING THAT HAPPENS THAT SICKENS AMERICANS TO THE CORE WHEN IT COMES TO OUR SO CALLED JUSTICE SYSTEM.
