Yes, Texas residents seems to be having battles royal with their HOAs these days. I've been following the one in Frisco (TX) because it appears to be a "mirror" case of my own lawsuit against my HOA.

Also, all over the country, it appears that CAI lawyers and their complicit HOA boards of directors are silencing their questioning members by filing lawsuits against them using friendly-to-them (the HOAs and their lawyers) judges to take HOA questioners' freedom of speech Constitutional rights away from them. That shuts a beleaguered-by-his-HOA homeowner up in a hurry and makes corrupt HOA boards and their lawyers very happy (and wealthy). (sigh)

1. Jan, we certainly appreciate your fighting for our rights.
Jan, we certainly appreciate your fighting for our rights. I know the fight is extremely financially draining, which is why the targets tend to be the people who can't fight back financially. It's always been about the money and control, it has nothing to do with property values.

We have a city council member who is taking on the fight with his HOA - here is the link to that story -
