Since both mortgage and HOA attorneys work as collection and foreclosure attorneys, unfortunate that many people do not see that they are actually members of the same club, and work together to 'relieve' homeowners of their homes using the 'consensual' mortgage contracts and/or HOA foreclosure contracts as their weapon.
They are, actually, one in the same. Check the PUD riders that are now shoved in front of potential new homeowners of these properties inflicting even more 'servitudes' on the owners.
Two sides of the same coin.
