WE ought to remember that everything done in Nazi Germany was legal!

Imagine if no one had spoken out against Nazi Germany and Hitler!

The stunning horror stories of homeowner association (HOA) living have been well documented for years on this website, American Homeowners Resource Center. And, I have begun a Blog,

http://sharonstephens.blogspot.com with the thought to develop it into a book, to tell my personal experiences, naming names and documenting the corruption, conspiracies and crimes of my HOA, Shadow Crest Homeowners Association, the City of Cathedral City, CA, city council, the police, the Riverside County District Attorney, Riverside County Sheriff, a California Assemblywoman, Bonnie Garcia, and even the Riverside County Public Defender's Office.

Not only did I lose over $100,000 in legal fees, and my home, but also over a year of my freedom, in jail because of bogus, void on the face restraining orders issued without jurisdiction by the Riverside County Superior Court, in Indio, California.

As a primary goal, I would like to see some change in the law of real estate disclosure, so that people do know what they are getting into before they sign escrow.
