I have seen at least one TV film on HOAs, and even the X Files weekly drama series did a take on it in "Arcadia Falls" and just what it meant to live in an HOA/CID with a "monster" living underground who would come up and eat alive any who broke the rules, yet, why have WE not been able to get the attention of some big-name, do-gooder in the media to pick up on some of these stories? Even though everyone I speak with thinks these stories are "terrible" and no one is going to buy into one of them... Where is the media attention?

Another PR gimmick, it appears, to deny and invalidate the original crime - selling land in this country in this manner making it so vulnerable to 'sovereign' taking is and was what the War of '76 was all about.
And those 'maintenance' taxes are 'imposed' extra property taxes in most of these communities - while the municipality is 'shifting' the costs in the form of these assessments to the citizens (streets, pools, even golf courses), it is collecting full property tax revenue for those services those taxes were created to provide, and without any accountability (although giving 'neighborhood' grants in some areas - it is 'government will over citizen's rights in the mandates now for this form of housing.
Mandated 'communistic' land ownership is contrary to both this country heritage, and it's real 'law.' And don't think 'quiet acceptance' now that these contracts are being made even more 'illegal' and 'binding' through state statutes is actually what is occuring within most of these communities at all, as is becoming public knowledge, and the public is getting more and more vocal and angry, it appears, with what can only be called large scale land fraud and extortion 'under color of law,' in these 'Stepford' like communities, where 'slavery' is not only 'sanctioned' but 'mandated' now, and this 'corporate personhood' given more 'rights' than actual human persons and American citizens.
This country is now in worse shape than prior to the War of '76, and this 'New America' now is more socialistic and communistic than those recognized countries with this form of government.
And more and more speaking out about what is going on, in the media and other public forums now and even the few candidates that giving at least a passing nod to the Constitution, each and every day.
