WHERE do we go from here?
Good question!
I have put up a BLOG: http://sharonstephens.blogspot.com/ and have documented the abuse I have suffered that began in Shadowcrest Homeowners Association when a drug family moved in and the board refused to help, and I became an advocate to try and protect my gated neighborhood of 42 homes. No one wanted to get involved.
This led to being falsely arrested, incarcertated, libeled in the local newspapers, the loss of my home and over $100,000 -- to say nothing of my health.
I wrote letters to the President of the USA, the Governor of California, senators, assemblypeople, the attorney general, the district attorney, reporters, several private attorneys and civil rights groups.
No one answered!
I must conclude I have no voice.
No one cares.
In America, we are in the grip of very powerful super-government who does not allow for dissent.
Do you want to start a march -- that will make us visable, and get us some attention?

"DEMOCRACY is two wolves and a lamb deciding what to have for lunch.
LIBERTY is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. ~ Benjamin Franklin
CAI is a corporation, even though they call themselves "an association." In this do they and their vendors have more power than any of us can imagine!
The other night I finally got around to watching the documentary, THE CORPORATION. I was stunned! and, I do highly recommend it. I rented it but found it can be viewed right on your computer.
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=192012118972057552
THE CORPORATION explores the nature and spectacular rise of the dominant institution of our time. Footage from pop culture, advertising, TV ... news, and corporate propaganda, illuminates the corporation's grip on our lives. Taking its legal status as a "person" to its logical conclusion, the film puts the corporation on the psychiatrist's couch to ask "What kind of person is it?"
Provoking, witty, sweepingly informative, The Corporation includes forty interviews with corporate insiders and critics - including Milton Friedman, Noam Chomsky, Naomi Klein, and Michael Moore - plus true confessions, case studies and strategies for change.
How to fight two wolves, the corporation, and the governments that uphold them, when you are a lamb...

I have been ousted from my home also due to a cease and desist letter sent from the association attorney. They consider me a threat and say my seeking legality is harrassment. Where do we go from here?

YES! What would happen if "...all of us HOA homeowners got together, all at the same time, in each of our states, and peacefully (under the law) marched on our Capitals. What could they, would they, do to that many people supposedly "violating the law" all at the same time ...there aren't enough jails to hold all of us, all at the same time."
How about a March on Washington, DC? What an impact we could have.

"So my position due to both my experiences, losses, party affiliation and history and familiarity with the State of Arizona and what has occurred here, a little more on the activist..."
Slight editing correction to the above - since I am and continue to be in 'political exile' due to both what occurred in that 'travesty of injustice' contrary to over 200 years of existing both contract law, and Arizona and federal Constitutional law I endured for almost two years (which is in the process of being violated and overturned due solely due to the political corruption now which has reached unprecedented levels in our courts and legislatures), and the increase in crime and losses of life due to the immigration situation of which I unfortunately was also a three time victim, the reference to Arizona and 'what has occurred here' should rather have read 'what has occurred there,' due to the influx of 'foreigners' which have increased the state population five fold in less than 20 years, both legal and illegal, and also the continued corruption of it's courts and state government (al la, Keating, Mecham, Symington, and as the retirement state of preference for a great many ex-members of the mob - of which both Justice O'Connor and now deceased Justice Rehnquist also according to press records and reports defended earlier in their careers.
So, what is transpiring now is just a progression, although on a level now that is unprecedented due to the increase in the value of real estate and land there after the Californians could no longer afford to own and live in their properties due to the then hikes in property taxes themselves, and also property thefts the long term residents endured due to the border situation, have left many native or almost native Arizonans homeless.
Unfortunately, my former 'home' is 'home' no longer, in more than one respect.

Please don't misunderstand me nor expression of gratitude for the graciousness of AHRC these past almost three years while I was in the midst of addressing the over-taxation and other abusive practices and ever changing and repressive occurrences which were happening during my twelve year ownership of one of these 'land frauds,' but am, as has become clear during both my attendance at Arizona legislative sessions, party affiliation (neither 'corporate' Republican nor Democrat, but Constitutionalist Party affiliation) am a more radical property activist, rather than homeowner advocate - the majority of which do believe, it appears, that selling land on these terms is constitutional, and that with a little tweak here or there can be 'fixed.'
While I believe it has become abundantly clear that it will take a whole lot more than that, for many who also hold to the 'intent' of the founders with respect to land ownership in this land of the free, and Constitutional Republican form of government they created - no taxation without representation also negates selling land with an imposed form of taxation as a 'term of sale,' many of which are being levied now WITHOUT votes being required by their fraudulently construed contractual (ha) terms.
So my position due to both my experiences, losses, party affiliation and history and familiarity with the State of Arizona and what has occurred here, a little more on the activist, since these are 'property rights' not simply 'homeowner rights' (since these homes are not really 'owned' at all) at stake here.

This article reminded me of a couple of things that HOA homeowners have told me recently.
A homeowner in Denver (Colorado) told me that the court will probably put him in jail again soon for the things he's saying and writing about his HOA. He served 31 days of a 60-day sentence the first time. Next time it will be longer. And guess why he gets sent to jail. None other than another freedom of speech Constitutional issue. Another devastating blow by "The HOA Industry" (which appears to include many, if not most, judges that we HOA homeowners go before to plead our cases) to every citizen of these United States.
The other HOA homeowner wondered what would happen if all of us HOA homeowners got together, all at the same time, in each of our states, and peacefully (under the law) marched on our Capitals. What could they, would they, do to that many people supposedly "violating the law" all at the same time? He reminded me that there aren't enough jails to hold all of us, all at the same time.
Two very important things for all Americans to think very seriously about, eh?

Moreover it is expressed with deep sense of gratitude to AHRC website and dedicated staff who are helping us to interact our views so that someday we may be able to live in peace and harmony as it appears to be ample room for improvement to be read in context in my opinion and feel more and more like -minded homeowners may also avail this opportunity to come forward with suggestions if any to keep the torch of knowledge and experiences glowing to be read in context.
I wish to thank all concerned directly and indirectly from the core of my heart for their efforts and trust may bring positive results in our lives in future as an affected homeowner.
