Homeowner reports on conspiracy, collusion, fraud, denial of due process and property seizures

1. The true 'enemy' in most instances is not your neighbor at all
This is why, I believe, when homeowners get sick and tired of 'blaming' the boards and instead beginning realizing the true 'enemy' in most instances is not your neighbor at all, but the states that, through THEIR municipal corporations, the cities who have mandated these 'unconstitutional' adhesion contracts, and then actually even made owners and their property even more subject to seizure and harassment by the state judiciary and lawyers with the additional unconstitutional 'immunity'statutes they have enacted throughout the past 10 years, it is time for the states and these entities to be held accountable, and not just these Boards.

Class actions against the states for these statutes which have resulted in homeowner losses of money or property would be the real redress - since the RICO participants actually include the cities/developers/management concerns/lawyers/banks and realtors now to this homeowner 'theft.'

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae now also 'force' homeowners purchasing these properties to sign a PUD rider placing even more unconstitutional abridgment on private property ownership rights.

While what has occurred with the judicial and legislative sanctioning of these communities in upholding 'government' against the people, means it is the government itself who are the racketeers, by and large, and a backdoor means in order to totally circumvent imminent domain provisions in the Constitution first and foremost the start of the racketeering.

'Just compensation' doesn't even need to be paid for these properties - they can be taken for any reason whatsover, valid or invalid, the way the CAI statutes have been written, and which their judges are upholding - with the state legislatures annual blessings.
