5. I would do absolutely EVERYTHING possible to avoid ever having to hire a lawyer and to stay out of the court system.
I would do absolutely EVERYTHING possible to avoid ever having to hire a lawyer and to stay out of the court system.

Once you get sucked into the litigation vortex you can't imagine the endless motions and shenanigans conjured up between the lawyers on BOTH sides just to keep the cash register flowing.

If a lawyer ever tells you he can win and that you have a "slam dunk" case, then by golly they better be willing to operate on a contingency basis. If they don't win, they should NOT get paid.

Hey, what's the difference between saying such a thing to a client then losing the case, and the ol' bait and switch tactics of used car salesmen?

They play on the emotions of clients and the judges at the helm do little to help keep costs down - remember, they are lawyers too - it's the brotherhood.

4. Thank you to all at AHRC and those in advocacy!
THIS LONG OVERDUE! I will provide you with whatever is necessary!

Thank you to all at AHRC and those in advocacy. The victims in this horror need, deserve and should anticipate justice! This includes being compensated for their homes, lives, finances, related costs and their futures!

How, in America, have these attacks been allowed to endure? Those responsible need to be held accountable. It doesn't matter who they are, and/or, who their power and connections represent, or, employ!

Better days are ahead and what is right, fair, decent honest, upstanding and legal, needs to be upheld for those victimized!

3. Terrorists and property thieves have rigged California laws and courts to steal homes
California government and courts have been taken over by the most corrupt and organized corporate gang of property thieves in the world.

Homeowners buying homes in homeowner associations have discovered that their corrupt politicians, prosecutors, judges, lobbyists and CEOs if all belong to the same property thieving gang involved in a forever game of musical chairs where these terrorists always walk away with your home after making you their slave.

In the floods of lawsuits filed in the last two decades in the San Diego, Riverside, Orange County and Los Angeles Courts, homeowners always lose and lawyers walk away with millions stolen from California homeowners ... all because the gang of politicians, prosecutors, judges, lobbyist and HOA CEO have rigged laws and courts to steal homes.

2. Gee....sounds a lot like the Duke players experience?
Gee....sounds a lot like the Duke players experience?
You know, people should not be surprised.

I once had a friend tell me, "Oh, I trust so and so because she is a judge." I laughed out loud and realized the puzzled look on my friend's face. She asked me what was so funny. I asked her if she was born yesterday. After talking for a few minutes - she opened up a little bit to facing the reality that just because someone is cloaked in the black robe of justice, or faith, does not mean they can't be corrupt.**

Later that night, I forwarded her a few links to some websites, including the AHRC website and she called me saying she had no idea. Where she has been I don't know.....naive is an understatement. Has she not heard the stories of pedophile priests, and nurses who kill, and teachers who molest, and judges with sex toys behind the bench, and lawyers who would steal from the poor.....the list goes on.

Corruption in such perceived to be honest positions, does NOT surprise me.

I have been there and done that. I have been sliced and diced on the cold slab of "Just-ice" in the Orange County Court system. I have seen how the ka-ching of money and not the rule of law, rules the court jesters.

I watched a loved one nearly die in a hospital because of the bureacratic quaqmire of the world of med-sin and a Nun who was the most evil of all. (theangrypatient.com).

It's hard to believe how people can LIE through their teeth with a straight face, enjoy doing it and worse, get paid for it AND pray while they are doing it.

Our society is dying a slow death due to corruption at the top - or should we say bottom now? The corruption has ALWAYS been there, it's just that through instant information technology, it is now being exposed daily. Thank goodness!

Citizens must be informed so they can better protect themselves before they are taken hook, line and sinker, fileted, and left as nothing but a bony carcas.

**Hey Judge Napolitano - this does NOT apply to you. You are amazing. Every courtroom needs a Judge like you!
