We would like to express particular gratitude to the following individuals for assisting in reviewing the guidebook and making recommendations on this project: The Hon. Louraine Arkfeld, Tempe Municipal Court, Tempe, Arizona;
Hmmm....this was published by the "State Justice Institute" out of Williamsburg, Virginia.....I wonder if they are affiliated with that our 'learning' institution based out of Virginia, "The Community Association Institute?"
And an Arizona "judge" was involved in the collecting the material and input? Hmmmmmm......

Next Class presented a document titled, the "Anti Government Movement Guidebook", published by the National Center for State Courts. In this Guidebook, Judges are given actions, arguments, and approaches for dealing with those entering their courts, asserting their rights or objecting to fraud.
Only a faction concerned with encouraging, aiding and abetting the continuation of the judicial corruption in this country would label as a 'movement' and 'extremists' citizens who are, first and foremost, patriots who value those precepts upon which our nation was founded.
It is interesting also for me, especially, to note this 'conference' was held in that bastion of 'patriotism', Scottsdale, Arizona (the cite of my recent education of governmental corruption and fraud at its finest) - in fact, upon a request for a change of judge at beginning of the suit I brought against my HOA for 12 years of dues over-collection, the judge was not only changed, but my 'elected' judge moved it out of her court into the Scottsdale Court (and then the elected, presiding judge for the Scottsdale Court assigned it to an outside 'judge' which he hired (a judge pro tem), so that he could keep his nose clean for the blatant court and constitutional abuses that went on during the action.
Patriots and patriotism as a 'movement' and 'faction', 'dirty words' to crooks, but the founding fathers would be proud!
