THIS IS THE LAST E-MAIL I SENT TO THEM
March 15, 2006
Serena Homeowners Association
Board of Directors
c/o Curtis Management Company
10455 Sorrento Valley Road, Suite #102
I appreciate your response to the e-mail dated on February 26, 2006. I understand the normal procedure, however, if you recall the Board assured my family and I (at the July meeting) we would have a visitor pass forwarded to us.
Again, if the minutes of that meeting existed, we could refer to them. I have repeatedly requested a parking permit and even offered to pay for postage. In reference to the Brown Act., minutes are required to be taken at every board meeting and available upon request. Therefor if minutes from the July meeting exited, we would not be in this predicament.
I find it hypocritical how any Board can enforce parking regulations when they themselves have not complied with set ruleand regulations.
Once again, I am requesting the parking permit my family is and has been in titled to.
Thank you fro your time in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Several others are availible upon request.
