I feel that with the way this question was worded, instead of "yes" or "no", the choices should be "federal" and "local". Just my 2 cents worth.
Whatever, prosecution at the federal level is absolutely necessary. Nothing would happen at the local level, and who knows where the payoffs or kickbacks are?

How could they not be prosecuted according the the local or federal laws that were broken?
I see 3% voted no at this time. Do you believe criminals shouldn't be held accountable for their actions? Maybe because they were drunk when they approved the paint color for that house? Or is that not a law being broken? :)

Serrano El Dorado Owners's Association sent out a notice of its Annual Member's meeting.
They also posted the Election of the Board of Directors, which currently holds three seats. It should be noted that all three members up for re-election are employees of the H.O.A. and hold very high decision making positions such as Director of Sales and Marketting etc.
Over 2500 home owners, who owns the majority of property were sent letters requesting that we vote for these individulas without any knowledge of their past,or what their intentions are for the community. We were ask to attend a meeting on May 4, and vote for them... without any oppositions..
