Regarding the comment posted by Scott McGowan of Texas suggesting the destruction of a major airline carrier with individual and collective property interests, who provide access to the world is not a property related story. I would like to humbly disagree, that the death of an airline, further solidification of 'Union Busting', and the theft of property interests stripped via US Courts, is not a property based discussion. Clearly, I recognize the definitive perspectives of civilian and military aviation, compared to a commercial pilot's investment.
However despite my disagreement Sir, I would like to thank you for your service to this country and insights. My husband retired from the USMC as a LtCol, after a 20 year flight career in the military, in addition to flying with Delta for 16 years.
Additionally, I am very impressed with your efforts as an author, veteran, entrepreneur, husband, and father. Particularly intriguing to me were your personal ties and employment with the oil industry as well as the military. With years as an Ashland (named after Henry Clay's Kentucky Home) and Marathon (Marathon Oil begun as Ohio Oil in 1887 and purchased by Rockefeller in 1889) Employee, your experience appears extensive. It was also interesting to learn of the AMSOIL product you are a dedicated distributor for.
Quite surprisingly your wife working in real estate, happens to be with the corporate interest, from whom Decatur Federal now Wachovia, used for marketing the neighborhood we live in. Unfortunately Coldwell Banker and Wachovia, signed closing documents assuring us there were no covenants on our property. But British Judge Adele P. Grubbs, appointed to the Justice Department by Newt Gingrich during the Republicans "Contract with America" Effort, has to date, not been required to abide by GA codified law, constitutional protections, or even case precedence. As a result Susanna (my neighbor also posting regarding the Delta article), now along with Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC) has asserted 3 different corporations that are trying to levy fees or threaten litigation against us and fellow neighbors. Does your wife work with HOAs? The website for her appeared to be neighborhood specific.
In reviewing "Blindbat", I was taken aback by your personal military career involving combat cargo missions, in a forward air control (FAC) capacity with the 315th Air Division. My husband also served as a FAC. Will you be attending the forum in the metro Atlanta area? In researching your former unit, the 315th , I couldn't help but note the focus of the tactical missions, as well as their use of PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE AND COVERT OPERATIONS. In the Cobb Area, I have learned of a distinct and far reaching 'CIA Community', based upon the efforts of a predatory law firm, Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC). Additionally, your familial ties to the 1944 flight efforts by the B-24 Liberators as part of the Eighth Air Force in England are fascinating to me as well.
Unfortunately, I was unable to discern your familiarity with the obstruction of property rights in this country based upon your comments or my research, but appreciate the broadening of the audience, as those of us with battle wounds continue to share with the world, the FACTS regarding the 'property holocaust', Americans are being made a target of. Again thank you for your comments and insight. I certainly enjoyed learning more about Lockheed's C-130s and their mission in Vietnam.

BROCK CLAY CALHOUN (BCC) "SAY" DELTA IS PROPERTY!
Following a recent article published about the loss of property interests by Delta Employees, the property loss of violations to a binding union contract, the property matter of a Federal Bankruptcy Court, the potential loss of property by those who derive income from Delta Air Lines, and the resulting legal property issue relating to the dismantling of a major airline and ultimately the aviation industry at large, comments were posted suggesting that such a story was not "property based".
I would like to apologize to anyone who did not understand the property basis for the article, but I thank God, that AHRC recognizes property as something Webster defines as an INTEREST, money, or land that is owned, possessed, or shared. Clearly in that vein, it would seem the lives, livelihood, and investments made in and by Delta Air Lines or those who have made that company an enviable worldwide property interest, is a perfect fit for a forum based upon property rights. And clearly the law firm of Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC), who became Delta's acquisition lawyers prior to bankruptcy, recognized the "property" interest and possible opportunities.
Clearly, Delta Pilots have an undeniable property interest in Delta Air Lines Inc. Delta Pilots own homes, send children to school, buys groceries, and pay taxes to name but a few property related functions. The purchases and funding provided by the Pilots or related airline occupations involve property interests. And the stock holders of Delta Air Lines, Inc. or travelers choosing interests/services provided by Delta create property interests. But the most flagrant clue, Delta Air Lines contract violations are related to property interests is, the involvement of lawyers, like BCC, (a predatory law firm associated with homeowner association control of private property).
When our property rights in a home and associated land were literally stolen by a powerful and politically connected law firm (www.RiceGang.com), my family learned of a globalist agenda, to obliterate private property rights, we could never have understood or imagined. The law firm of BCC, whose senior partner headed the initial campaign of Bush/Cheney, during Senior Partner Clay's tenure as Head of the GA Republican Party, was able to create case precedence in opposition to codified law, constitutional protections and existing case precedence. And even more alarming, the GA Courts refused to acknowledge the law, and allowed BCC to violate the law and rules of every court unfettered.
Specifically BCC was allowed by a British Judge to attach covenants and restrictions to an UNENCUMBERED DEED that possessed none in violation of codified law, constitutional protections, and even case precedence through an irrefutably VOID judgment. In addition, BCC SUED ON BEHALF OF A DISSOLVED CORPORATION in violation of law, and added additional Plaintiffs owned and created by the Defendants. Adding further insult to injury, BCC charged legal fees against the Defendants in the name of the Defendants who own and privately hold sole corporate rights to LMTHA, Inc., in a corporate fraud scheme. BCC then filed multiple lawsuits and enlisted more than 25 bar members to assist in the persecution of Defendants, who objected to their lawlessness. BAR members to include members of the Atlanta US Attorney's Office refused to speak to Defendants unless they had a "lawyer" to handle their issues, denying due process and access to the courts.
My family could not understand such willful and extensive corruption, until we began to see the enormity of BCC's expansive legal, political, and government network, both historically and currently. This network included the associations BCC and/or the Clay Family alone had garnered over generations. The Clays themselves possessed ties to such powerhouses as Rockefeller, Bush, Harriman, Dulles, Lehman, DeMille, Ford, Reagan, Casey, Carnegie, McCloy, along with direct associations with Hastert, Gingrich, DeLay, Barr, Perdue, Reed, and Abramoff. And if these are not names you recognize, please consider the writings of G. W. Domhoff, specifically Who Rules America.
So why would a powerhouse like BCC (Republican based) become involved with an airline already in the throws of the Federal Bankruptcy Court, employing Rudy Guliani's consulting firm and Democratic based law firms? The sale of port interests like the destruction of the aviation sector in this country by powerful British and Dutch overtures, could generate REAL profits. While the cannibalization of airlines, creates a lucrative equipment shuffle, the potential yielding of federal funds as the process is drawn out, could be quite rewarding, like the control of every private property owner through HOAs.
What would the property interest be in such a dismantling? The larger and more direct property effect relating to Delta Pilots, Georgians, the American public, and the world, is diminished competition and potential access to providers of transportation, creating a property interest for all of mankind. Additionally, the antics and efforts of corporate management, whether it be Delta Air Lines, Inc. or Enron, such condoned lawlessness directly impacts American markets, jobs, and consumables, directly affecting property interests. Thus, both Delta as a corporation and its Pilots as an American Union, create a resultant property issue based upon the characteristic or attribute possessed by all members of a class, especially one serving to define or describe its possessor.
There are many property concerns that Americans should become more aware of, and in that vein the AHRC and the concerned citizens who make up same, keenly recognize the assault on property rights, and will continue to make property interests known. To the comments posted regarding a lack of "property" significance, again I apologize, but humbly and at length as noted, disagree.
As an author, I try to be responsive to issues, circumstances, and interests, but particularly aware of ties or involvement. The comments initially posted were offered by "Susanna" or Susanna "Sanna" Judith Campbell Treadway [Say] and Sam McGowan. To these subscribers and those viewing their comments, I offer the following insight.
In the case of "Susanna", the author is none other than my British neighbor, who became an American Citizen after relocating to GA, who works directly with BCC in creating 7 years of the most horrendous misdeeds perpetrated against a property owner. It was Susanna or Sanna, as she normally prefers, along with her husband Terence (Terry) Edwin Treadway [Say], and others who revealed to me the trends occurring in this country focused upon the annihilation of private property rights. Assisting Sanna and Terry in our neighborhood, Lost Mountain Township, is Ronald L. Cannon, Alva Hobart Leeds, and a now deceased attorney Mr. Melvin Evans. These parties have during 7 years asserted a homeowners association, though there has never been compliance with any covenants or mandatory quorum. In addition, they have fraudulently printed, mailed, or asserted to represent multiple HOAs to include: LMHA, Inc., LMTA, Inc., LM HOA, and LMTHA, Inc. (owned by the Rices, who they sued using billing records for the Rices Corporation listed as Cannon's home address).
Sanna and Terry along with the aid and influence of BCC, have been the catalysts for no less than 4 legal actions against our family. The initial lawsuit being filed as a result of our opposition to land we held ownership in being sold to the CONSULATE OF THE NETHERLANDS for pennies on the dollar by Cannon without authority, was entered by a DISSOLVED CORPORATION, in violation of law, the Constitution, and even case precedence. Another lawsuit filed by BCC on behalf of Sanna and Terry, brought an action, for installing cameras on our property to document ongoing damage and harassment, to include "Susanna" entering our property, while we were at work. Not one claim in the lawsuit was found to be factual or legally enforceable, yet our insurance USAA, available to Military Officers, paid the Plaintiffs for an indisputably frivolous lawsuit and the torment they inflicted upon our children, property, and lives.
With regard to the comment posted by Scott McGowan, I recognize the definitive differences between a civilian, military, and commercial pilot. Sir, I would like to thank you for your service to this country. And I am very impressed with your efforts as an author, veteran, entrepreneur, and father. Specifically, I was taken aback by your military career involving logistical and tactical involvement in the 315th Air Division. Particularly intriguing is the alternative role of the 315th which included psychological warfare and covert operations. Additionally, your familial ties to 1944 flight efforts by the B-24 Liberators part of the Eighth Air Force in England are fascinating as well. Thank you for your comments and insight.

Mrs Rice seems to be using the AHRC as a platform for all her complaints and grievances.
Does the AHRC condone these letters she keeps posting against society on their site. She appears to have carte blanche use of the website for her rantings against everything and everyone who she butts heads with!
The pilots dispute has absolutely NOTHING to do with Homeowners.
Just because her husbands employers are having financial problems which effect the future employment of her husband does not mean that homeowners should have to listen to her problems.

What does this have to do with American homeowners?
Delta's problems are industry related, and have nothing whatsover to do with homeowners associations, homes or anything else other than that perhaps some Delta employees might potentially lose theirs.
This doesn't belong here.
