What was the judgment about that has called for the Rices to be arrested. Was it the fence ( mentioned in the AHRC courts page) or is it all about their rights as homeowners.
The courts must be very corrupt if they are being arrested for speaking up about their property rights. I can't beleive Georgia is so corrupt that no one, even up to the governer will listen to their story. Read their wedsite ricegang.com, it sounds like a miniseries on the TV!
This couple must have done something real bad if they are being hounded like this. Either that or someone is out to get them and their family! I'd investigate who has all the connections!
I am glad I don't live in Galifornia it sounds as bad as California, though this seems like one isolated case whereas California is over ridden by the power of HOA's.
Surely there must be other people in this subdivision who support this family and are willing to stand up with them and fight this seizing of land. I'd go round and get signatiures to show support and use this to go up against the HOA, if I were them. They can't fight a majority.
They use a lot of names of powerful people, who have they upset? And why?

Some homeowners and lawyers have reported that corporate and homeowner associations lawyers lie in court reocrds and judges on the take help "fix " court records so they can take the homes of the homeowners.
If you were a victim, would you want people to tell you, "Surely all this business is getting blown out of proportion.."?
......or are you part of the group trying to take the home ow the Rice's?
