1. I have been informed by AHRC that you are currently in litigation against Swedelson & Gottlieb.     I have been informed by AHRC that you are currently in litigation against Swedelson & Gottlieb. Upon the sale of my home of 11 years, I intend to sue the firm of Swedelson & Gottlieb, David Swedelson, individually, and my board of directors, the management company etc. They have harrassed me, intentionally for the past 3 years because I had mold in my home. Swedelson's office had a huge conflict of interest in that one of the defendants our association was suing (before his firm came on board) was a client of his. The contractor was a member of CAI too. Immediately upon being subsituted in, Swedelson's office dismissed two viable, cupable defendants, in effectively ruined the Association's ability to recover any damages. They then turned their guns on me, as I had served a past president and was in charge of the litigation. If you are interested in discussing the matter in more detail, I would very much appreciate an opportunity to speak with you. The sheer misuse of power and authority has been an atrocity in my case, as well as for the individual homeowners who have been my neighbors for these past 11 years.
