Cindye,
You amaze me! Let me be brief but specific based on your investigative effort!
1. I was sued by LMHA, Inc., who asserted they had an HOA interest regarding our property.
2. Ronald Cannon sold common property my family and 76 others owned via PLAT NOT COVENANTS, using the title President of LMTA, Inc, while suing us as President of LMHA, Inc.
3.We were sent invoices for dues from LMHA, Inc., LMTA, Inc., LMTHA, Inc., and LMT HOA, during the same time we were being sued by LMHA, Inc. and the ACC of LMTHA!
4. Mr. Calhoun sued us as LMHA, Inc. and the ACC of LMTHA, and then changed the name of the Plaintiff on appeal to LMTA, Inc.
5. The Court of Appeals accepted Mr. Calhoun's change of the Plaintiff on an Appeal, which differed from the underlying judgment, despite a Motion to Strike and Overturn, and CREATED A NEW PLAINTIFF, in violation of the rules of the Court and GA Law, not to mention existing case precedence. The judge then retired!
6. The corporation you provided a link to is obviously ours. We created LMTHA, Inc. AFTER the filing of the lawsuits by Calhoun. The creation, establishment, and timing of that corporation, is unequivocal evidence, we were not sued by any party with legal standing.
7. However Judge Grubbs awarded attorney fees in violation of the law she cited.
8. Judge Eldridge (Court of Appeals retiree), changed the reason Judge Grubbs cited for awarding attorneys fees, which was in violation of the law she asserted. She also threatened us with contempt and incarceration, if we asserted our corporate rights to LMTHA, Inc.
9. The billing records submitted and attested to by Attorney Calhoun were entered into evidence allegedly on behalf of LMTHA, Inc., the client he purported to represent.
10. Thus fraudulent legal fees imposed and garnishment actions filed, traversed, and pending, were supposedly to be paid to LMTHA....OUR CORPORATION. That's right, we the Rices are being garnished by Attorney Calhoun using our corporation to sue and collect money from us.
This miniscule cross section I have provided, is but 1 view of 14 lawsuits or civil actions Attorney Calhoun has filed or been the impetus of, since the initial VOID filing of April 2000. Imagine fighting such, paying lawyers, raising kids, standing for right against fellow Republicans and courthouse members, and meeting your financial obligations, while assuring your family does not meet the same fate as Sara Tokars or Derwin Brown. May God have mercy upon us all!
So, when I saw your sweet child, I thought perhaps my children might have someone polite and respectful to spend politically required hours with. But the more we talked on the Square, the more I recognized your associations with the 'ole guard'. Whoever you choose to rely upon, believe in, or associate with, be ever mindful of evil. For it is not an accident but sheer unadulterated evil, that seeks to rob the elderly, God fearing families, and those who believe/are committed to doing what is right.
For your convenience and clarity, I have attached our deed, so that you understand, we have NO HOA and NO COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, despite the violations of law by British Judge Adele Grubbs to impose such 15 years after purchase! To understand the assault of property owners by key members of the BAR and CAI backed politicians, you must be willing to accept TRUTH, further same, and DEMAND JUSTICE!
When I read (www.ahrc.com) of an elderly woman, upon whom the law firm of Peters & Friedman had illegally filed covenants against at the courthouse, without her awareness or understanding, I thought that can NOT happen. But when the Sheriff escorted her out of her home, without regard for the 'rule of law', I heard the cry. It almost seemed unimaginable to think a law firm could file covenants fraudulently in the courthouse, and then begin foreclosure on a woman living in the same house she was brought to at birth, that bore NO COVENANTS! But then Brock Clay Calhoun, like Peters and Friedman, Abramoff, and all the rest, taught this country, how far graft and corruption are ALL TOO OFTEN allowed to operate. So, as I listen to our President say, "We are a nation of laws, and we must enforce our laws", (see www.georgia.ahrc.com), I can only pray God's Will, WILL BE DONE! In closing, I pray your family along with other Georgians will hear the cry of injustice, become better informed, and refuse to condone OVERT FRAUD!
