Summary: Though the Attorney General's (AG) Office, specifically Mr. Michael Hobbs a Deputy Attorney General, was presented with evidence of fraud by Brock Clay Calhoun, the AG's Office refused to address the crimes. Hobbs specifically stated, everyone knew about Clay. At the time Senior Partner Clay was a sitting Senator. It is the AG's Office, that is charged with investigating and resolving "Public Corruption".

Other Information: To date the Attorney General's Office has not addressed the willful crime perpetrated by Attorney Calhoun, which was condoned and furthered by the GA Courts. Additionally, though hard evidence was repeatedly provided, Deputy Attorney General Michael Hobbs refused to address the matter. However when similiar activity was carried out by Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell and former candidate for Governor Linda Schrenko, they were vigorously prosected by the AG and US Attorney in Atlanta.
