Summary: Cobb County Superior Courts are best known for travesties beyond measure. It is a rural area formed from Cherokee Land, in which the court house, following the Civil War of Deceit, became the primary employer and tool for separating the hard working from the fruits of their efforts. From the buildings charged with imposing law and order have come some of the most lawless and notorius effort, often perpetrated by the same hands. Best case in point, the unlawful trial and murder of a Jewish Pencil Factory Manager, Leo Franks. And the entire effort was planned by an ancestor of Chuck Clay (Uncle Herbert Clay). Chuck is not only the Senior Partner in Brock Clay Calhoun, who control ALL the activity handled by the Courts of GA, but also a former GA Senator, former Head of the GA Republican Party, and personally handled the Bush/Cheney Campaign for GA. It was additionally his law firm, who handed Judge Adele Grubbs, 'the Citizen of the Year' Award, following her fraudulent and VOID Order against American Property Owners.

Other Information: Cobb County Superior Courts are best known for cases such as Sara Tokars (www.ourgeorgiahistory.com/year/1992), murdered by a hit man in front of her children hired by her husband, a lawyer and part time judge. The case was so "handled", Tokars was ultimately found guilty of tax evasion. Beyond murder, there are drugs. Take for example Markell Boulis (www.greenleft.org.au/back/1994/144/144p11c.htm), arrested for selling 16.2 grams of cocaine in addition to a prior record, who was able to provide the Asst. DA a check for $200,000, and subsequently drive back to Pennsylvania in his Mercedes, with no repercussions from the incident. And then there was the fraudulant divorce matter of Marquitta Portman, (www.marquitta.com),who through violations of law and court rules, was never legally divorced. But most blaring is the case of Wendy Titelman, (www.wendytitelman.com) whose children according to sworn documents and testimony were molested by their father. Yet when Ms. Titelman sought medical care for the children made victims, she was put on trial by the Cobb County Court Machine, and her partial custody was taken from her, another innocent victim. And now, we have the theft of property and assignment of property rights to non existent HOAs via dissolved or non existent corporations penned by Judge Adele Grubbs on behalf of the law firm Brock Clay Calhoun.
