Management Group or All politicians must be accountable. If we worry how a vote record is used during elections, isn't there something wrong with this?
Maybe we should do something about lobbyists lining the pockets of politicians and their campaigns and then our politicians would actually vote for the good of their constituents.
I live in a Homeowners Association that has been mnaged by Principle Managment Group, what a mess. Don't ever speak up against them or your board which they seem to have power to put certain homeowners in to place, you will be blacklisted!!
Politicians should be forced to absent themselves from votes relating to any subject for which they have any monetary interest in.

I fully agree with your statement that Carona should be investigated, him along with his affiliations such as his ties with property development companies, home builders, his involvement with the CAI which I believe goes well beyond what was touched on by the article. I feel and have read documents that insinuate Carona as having involvement with many conflict of interest companies, associations and firms where he appears to be heavily involved. What appears to be a very intricately interwoven program to control real estate and money. To make matters worse, this is all in the name of protecting the homeowner's interest and people are buying into the story like a moth to the flame.

Senator John Carona's involvement in homeowner association legislation and lobbying needs to be investigated.
There should be laws requiring politicians to make restitution when they are caught lobbying, writing laws or hampering legislation that takes others property and rights for their own financial gains.
Theft of others rights and property. using homeowner association corporations is a crime!!!
