Information about Simon J. Freedman - Peters & Freedman

We celebrated our wonderful 43 years together on 16 Jan 03. As of this date I have not been able to find out any additional information on the filing by Peters and Freedman.
I have not been able to get any type of cover letter they used to file this document. I know it is fraud because it was prepared after Judge Fry stated in his decision that this is not a Davis-Sterling Mobile Home Park.
I have not give up and will continue to see if I can get correspondence from Peters and Freedman on this document.
I intend to contact the Secretary of State legal department and file a complaint.
I also will contact the California Bar and see about filing a complaint on this matter. I think when this document was filed Peters and Freedman represented Desert Crest Country Club and Desert Crest Community Assocation. I must verify this also.
I will keep you updated on everything I find out, also on any actions I take as relates to this document.
