They comprise of lawyers and allied managers and other allied industry people who live off lawsuits and foreclosures against homeowners in homeowner associations. CAI Georgia was formed in 1981 and have approximately 300 members. They are looking to "adopt" more public libraries. Homeowners should contact all their local libraries and make sure that their libraries serve public interest and stock pro-homeowner publications.
