Summary: The following is a report from a Cathedral City homeowner - January 17, 2005 - Submitted by Sharon Stephens There are 27 internal lawsuits against the police adminisration, by 27 officers. Officers have been unwilling to take police reports for battered women and children. Recently we discovered a conspiracy between a Sergeant in CCPD, a Homeowner Association board member, and a Deputy District Attorney in the Indio Office. The District Attorney said he reported the deputy to the Bar Association and a complaint for prosecution in the CCPD has been requested for such things as perjury, false arrests, conspiracy, and other illegal activities. Other Information: 5/18/05 Called Sgt. Laura Hanlon - resent letter on homeowner association lawsuits and foreclosures by Peters & Freedman 4/6/06 Cathedral City and Cathedral City police used contract lawyer Kendell Berkey to get a restraining order again a Shadow Crest Homeowners Association owner for repeatedly calling the police department to file reports against her board members. Sharon said the police refused to let her file reports. They received a judgement of $65,000. Following is a request from Sharon for a Case number from the police department for her defense and recovery.

Laura Hanlon "officer" Earl Moss Assistant District Attorney, Sue Stedding FBI December 5, 2005 TAKE NOTICE: I have left a message on "my phone number at Cathedral City Police Department 760-770-0330 in which I have asked -- for several months now - WHICH HAS BEEN IGNORED FOR AS LONG-- to have police reports taken on the following: 1) The false CCPD Report # 0404-0566 made by "OFFICER" Charles Robinson and Dispatcher Danielle Pascual in violation of Penal Code 118.1 in which these officers made a bogus request for a restraining order - with the encouragement of Attorneys Berkey, Medlan, and Green -- When I sent it to the District Attorney, they sent a letter back to "Officer" EARL MOSS asking for an investigation. Moss told me he "did not intend to answer that letter or to do an investigation". WE have ALL of the evidence of these CRIMES. 3) A police report against the City Attorneys, Berkey,. Reese, Medlan, and Green who began a provable, criminal conspiracy against me on February 3, 2004 [SEE: Memorandum of Costs in Indio, INC 043437] with CCPD, Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia, the board of SHADOW CREST HOA, INC, and several other private citizens. IF I am not contacted within 48 hours [the agreement in the bogus Restraining Order], to take these reports I shall BILL the City of Cathedral City, $2,500 for each violation of my civil and Constitutional rights to have equal rights and protection in filing police reports. Look up on Goggle "Gangstalking, electronic harrassment. These are not normal gangs. They are citizens who take up a false cause and are lied to by the higher perps. This crime has gone on since 1998 and reported to the police on many occasions. This needs to be exposed for the corruption and crimes against peoples' civil rights. Can you prove what you are saying?     I think Cory Johnson needs to go to the CCPD, the District Attorney, the City Council, and Shadow Crest Management to see the 100 or more complaints filed against officers for not taking reports for five Shadow Crest Women. It would seem to be appropriate for the Cathedral City police department to take reports and investigate it.     Officers are unwilling to take police reports for battered women and children for one reason....THEY DON'T EXIST...There is NO conspiracy. No false arrests - Look into the FACTS, and not the false allegations. AHRC Response The above statement implies that it is safe for alll wowen who live in Cathedral City because no women ever get battered in Cathedral City. We hope Mr. Johnson has evidence to support this statement. If a women does report that she has been battered, then it would seem to be appropriate for the police dppartment to take the report and investigate it.
