3. The neighbor is extending his home and blocking the neighbor's view
Please log into my blog at "Californians Unite". We are being eaten alive by lawyers who lead boards around by the nose.

As long as we are single individuals, we will be ignored. However, if we present a united front, we will achieve the power we need. A Homeowner is being permitted to block in his neighbor and wipe out his view.

We have the same attorneys as the owner in this case. Should the case go to court will the Fiore group attempt to prove the opposite, that home owners can build regardless of the impact on the neighbor. In this case the neighbor is extending his home to block the neigbor's view and to get the view himself. This is absurd.

2. Some HOA lawyers, managers and boards have been 'farming', Orange County California homeowner associations for generations.
Homeowners who are considering buying a home in any homeowners association needs to get background checks done on the HOA lawyers, property managers, and the board of directors.

Some of them have been 'farming', Orange County California homeowner associations for generations.

1. This firm was involved in settling our association's construction defect case in 1995
This firm was involved in settling our association's construction defect case in 1995. The interesting thing about the Fiore firm's involvment is that they were hired as "association" counsel for our development.

When construction defects were found, they became the association's litigation counsel as well. Can you say "conflict of interest."

In addition, instead of taking the case on contingency, the firm billed the association hourly. When, after several years and $750,000 in attorneys fees later, the Association could no longer monetarily support the Fiore firm, the attorneys settled our case.

When our sister complex settled their case for three times the amount of our award, we we not happy.

If you would like to discuss how we can bring the public awarness to where it should be, and stop lawsuits that allows these attorneys and boards to files lawsuits and charge us, please contact me.
