3. Can you give us more information about the Greenbrook case?
Can you give us more information about the Greenbrook case? Do you have any cotact information for the homeowner or the assocaition? Who are the managers and lawyers for this association?

Homeowner lawyers and homeowners report that there are "relationships" between the judges and some of the corporate lawyers. Some worked together in the same lawfirms, some give "donations" , some depend on the lawyers for "educational seminars", fees , junkets and favors.

Homeowners should network, and exchange information about the judges, politicians and lawyers ....and work to remove the rotten eggs from our communities, goverment offices and businesses..

1. Foreclosure lawyers making millions flipping cases
Re: Judge Derek Hunt Ruled $400,000 for Fiore, Neuland, Tinnelly.

Judge Derek Hunk ordered the homeowner to pay these lawyers $400,000 after he let then run up huge legal bills.

The homeowner said they took fourteen depositions - city engineers, planners, everyone... was hauled into the deadly time and money churinng foreclosure machines of these lawyers.

Fiore was the founder of CLAC (CAI) and helped write and perfect the California homeower association foreclosure laws.

Fiore, Neuland and Tinnelly have been working together flipping cases to one another and foreclosing for their fees for decades. This team makes millions converting reserves, insurance defense funds and home equity into lawyers fees for "protecting Homeowner Associations"..
