Clark Wallace formerly the California Department of Real Esate Commissioner- a Governor Pete Wilson appointee. Wallace appointed an industry dominated Homeowner Association Task Force, and at taxpayer expense held numerous meetings in various towns in California.
Homeowners persuaded him to include a consumer member and he invited an AHRC representative to be on it. Homeowner victims and advocates travelled to the various towns at their own expense and complained about foreclosure and lawsuit scams - many were by foreclosure lawyers on his task force.. He did nothing.
When Pete Wilson left office, Wallace began his lobby and "litigation support" company. He lobbies for ECHO and provides court testimony for homeowner association lawyers.
