Summary: I am a 73 year old semi-retired but active California lawyer with substantial trial experience. I was sued by the Village of The Hill Homeowners Association in an unlawful action where the HOA was violating numerous CCRs and has a long history of so doing. I have responded and cross claimed. My pleading are somewhat of a textbook of what HOA's get away with for years without challenge.
