Summary: Katherine Rosenberry, a lawyer practicing in San Diego, was the national president of CAI when Gray Davis (the infamous recalled former Calfiornia governor) was a lawmaker in the California Assembly. Davis hired Rosenberry to write the s Davis Stirling Act , the California laws for owners of homes in homeowner associations.
