Tain Kell provided Judge Grubbs as a representative of the Marietta Chamber of Commerce, the "Citizen of the Year", following her Order against the Rices imposing covenants and restrictions on an unencumbered deed in violation of GA Law issued in favor of a DISSOLVED CORPORATION and the RICES CORPORATION, ruling AGAINST THE RICES!
