Praise God! To hear someone else recognizing the destruction of American private property rights is a godsend. For 7 years, we have been fighting the illegal acts authored by British Judge Adele P. Grubbs against our family on behalf of a powerful and politically connected law firm Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC) who possess ties to both Republican and Democratic power players.
We ran for political office, as the first happily married couple to run in tandem for a House and Senate Seat in GA. We wanted to apprise the public of the wanton corruption emanating from the courthouse enabled by politicians against property owners. During a television debate, a judicial candidate and lawyer running for a Senate Seat, were complaining about campaign signs being removed. McKinney running for a Superior Court Seat stated, "Everyone knows homeowner restrictions are unconstitutional." To which I asked, then why won't any Judge uphold the law? And you know the answer...justice can be a lucrative pursuit!
We are running again with a louder message, but one of the senior partners (Clay) in the law firm, who perpetrated violations of law with the assistance of Judge Grubbs, is the former Head of the GA Republican Party and headed the initial Bush/Cheney election for GA. The only good news I can share is Abramoff and DeLay have been exposed.
As for the current race, our legislators received funds from CAI. They are also involved in the 'representation' of property. In fact, our former State Senator Clay, was the same senior partner that defrauded us and our neighbors. He was replaced by another lawyer John Wiles, whose website is www.EVICT.net, and one of his staff attorneys filed a withdrawal of our attorney on active duty, who we have not heard a word from
But in the House race, I am opposing the MOST SENIOR Republican, who was provided an award from President Bush as President of ALEC (www.alec.org). This organization is one formed by Oil Companies to write legislation! And unfortunately, this legislator is also a recipient of CAI funds!
Thanks for your insight and hard work. Only through perserverance and diligence, can Americans restore the 'rule of law'!
